A group of investors led by Ohio Realty Advisors decided that the historical and picturesque City of Medina's Public Square was a location worth revitalization. Long considered a great place to visit, the Public Square area with its historic buildings, gazebo meeting place and quaint shops was in need of an injection of life.
One of its most prominent buildings, the Bank One building was in disrepair and was becoming an eyesore to the community and a financial drain to its owners. Ohio Realty Advisors saw this as an opportunity to reveal and highlight it's beautiful Victorian architecture, and was willing to gamble on a Medina recovery and to become an active player in the local economy.
With significant investments made into the interior and exterior of the building, it is once again the crown jewel of Public Square and with that has come increased leasing activity, raising occupancy by 50% at rates that will assist all building owners on the square.
Calculated market analysis, financial modeling and sound property and construction management by the Ohio Realty Advisors team will yield positive returns to all of its investors.
